HeyHi Youth Protection Policy

Effective Date: September 22, 2026

1. Purpose

Carpe Inc. (the “Company”) complies with applicable laws and establishes policies and measures to protect youth from harmful environments so that they can use HeyHi safely.

2. Scope of Application

This Policy applies to the HeyHi website, apps, and all services incidental thereto.

3. Eligible Age

1. HeyHi is intended for users aged 14 or older.
2. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to register as members or use the Service.
3. A higher age requirement may be applied to certain content or features.

4. Nature of Content

1. HeyHi's Characters, official images, CGs, and stories are created and managed by the Company.
2. Users do not personally create, publish, or distribute Characters.
3. However, since actual conversations are generated in real time by generative AI, unexpected content may be output.
4. The Company operates technical and administrative measures to minimize output that is inappropriate for youth.

5. Protection Principles

• Minimizing exposure to harmful sexual, violent, or exploitative content
• Protecting personal information
• Safety measures for risky conversations
• Providing reporting and customer support
• Continuously improving policies and filters

6. Restricted Content

• Sexualization of children and youth
• Explicit sexual acts and obscene material
• Sexual violence, coercion, exploitation, and illegal filming
• Excessive violence, cruelty, and promotion of crime
• Direct promotion or glorification of self-harm or suicide
• Illegal drugs, gambling, and criminal methods
• Hate, harassment, stalking, and threats
• Other information inappropriate for youth under applicable laws or policies

7. Management of Company-Created Content

The Company manages official Characters, images, and stories in accordance with its operating standards, and may restrict or exclude content inappropriate for youth based on age.

8. AI Chat Safety Measures

The Company may operate the following measures as necessary.

• Input and output safety filters
• Detection of risky keywords and patterns
• Restrictions on generating certain risky content
• Guidance and warnings for risky conversations
• Feature or account restrictions
• AI safety monitoring

9. Guidance in Risk Situations

AI Characters are not real persons or professional counselors. Where a serious risk such as self-harm or suicide is detected, the Company may provide safety guidance within the Service.

10. Monitoring and Reporting

The Company may detect policy violations through reports, automated filters, and monitoring within a reasonable scope, and users may report AI Output, comments, and the like.

11. Measures in Case of Violation

The Company may take measures such as restricting or deleting results and comments, restricting features, temporarily or permanently restricting accounts, restricting re-registration, and, where necessary, reporting to relevant authorities.

12. Personal Information of Youth

Personal information of youth users is processed in accordance with the HeyHi Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

13. Internal Training

The Company informs personnel involved in operations of youth protection standards and methods for responding to risky content, and provides necessary training.

15. Changes and Effective Date
