HeyHi Credit Purchase Guide

• Credits are Service-exclusive goods used for chat within HeyHi and for premium features designated by the Company.
• Credits are not real currency and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between members, or sold.
• The Credit quantity and price of each product can be checked before payment.
• The consumption amount for each feature, such as Inner Thoughts and Reroll, is displayed before the feature is executed.
• When Credits are used, Free Credits are deducted first, and any shortfall is deducted from Paid Credits.
• Paid Credits currently have no separate expiration period.
• Payments by minors may require the consent of the legal representative in accordance with applicable laws.
• Products purchased for a fee may be eligible for withdrawal of subscription within 7 days of purchase to the extent provided by applicable laws.
• Withdrawal of subscription and refunds may be restricted for Credits already used or digital services whose use has commenced.
• For app marketplace payments, the refund policies and procedures of the relevant app marketplace (Google Play, App Store) may apply.
• Free Credits granted through the Free Credit Station, attendance, events, and the like may be subject to separate conditions or expiration periods.
• Purchased Credits belong to the relevant HeyHi account.
