Consent to Receive Advertising Information at Night

Carpe Inc. obtains separate consent to send advertising information such as events, promotions, and benefits during the nighttime hours specified by applicable laws (from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM the following day).

• Purpose: Sending advertising information at night
• Channel: Channels the user has consented to, such as app push notifications
• Period: Until consent is withdrawn or membership is withdrawn
• This option is available only if you have consented to receive benefits and marketing information.
• This consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time in the notification settings within the Service.

Functional Service notifications, such as a Character's character-initiated messages, are not advertising information and, regardless of consent to receive advertising information at night, are not sent from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM the following day.
